We work in partnership with more than 160 NHS Trusts and healthcare organisations, helping them meet their staffing needs through end‑to‑end, fully bespoke workforce solutions. Our approach is powered by deep NHS expertise and real‑time understanding of workforce pressures, ensuring that Trusts can access the right people, in the right place, at the right time. Our mission is to be the workforce partner of choice for the NHS, connecting skilled clinical and non‑clinical professionals with opportunities to join the NHS Professionals Bank, reducing reliance on external agencies, and supporting more sustainable workforce planning across the system.
 

In 2025/26, our services delivered significant, measurable impact: £634 million in displaced external agency spend and more than 46 million hours of patient care provided by our flexible workforce. These outcomes reflect our ongoing commitment to helping the NHS reinvest savings into frontline services and deliver better experiences for both patients and staff.
