Advisory Board

The awards programmes advisory board has three goals

  1. Provide advice and guidance to the awards management team at HSJ on awards categories, criteria design, judging process, scoring and interviews
  2. Assist in judging recruitment enabling the awards judging panels to have the right mix of seniority, expertise, inclusion and representation
  3. Enable the delivery of value to all participants and stakeholders through raising the profile of finalists, judges. Advisory Board members can help in opening doors for participants and stakeholders through advocating and promoting best practice
